Ingredients for 2 people

250g chicken breast or turkey breast

1 apple

2 celery stalks

Handful of nuts

Handful of dried fruit

100 g iceberg, lamb’s lettuce or your salad prefers

3 tablespoons of honey

1 teaspoon old-fashioned mustard

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoons of apple vinegar

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt pepper


  1. Prepare the marinade with 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, paprika and pepper
  2. Cut chicken/turkey into small pieces and deceive in the marinade for 1 hour
  3. Prepare the salad, cut celery and apples without peeling.
  4. Prepare the vinaigrette: mix the mustard, honey, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper
  5. Cook chicken
  6. Place on the salad
  7. Serve
